HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Officials of Holland-based GMB Architecture and Engineering announced today the acquisition of Visbeen Associates. No terms were disclosed, but the specialized provider of architecture and interior design services for residential and retail markets will expand GMB’s footprint beyond its current focus on educational and health care projects. Merger talk grew from working jointly on recent projects, including the building of Cornerstone University’s baseball facility. Both firms will maintain separate identities, offices and staff.
