HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - After a week of Air Quality Alerts and Excessive Heat Warnings, more seasonal temperatures have descended upon the Lakeshore, with predicted highs in the mid 80’s at the start of the week before returning to the 90’s by week’s end. No “significant” rain is in the forecast, so fears of drought remain, as well as heightened fire alerts. There have been no local reports of any heat-related deaths or serious illnesses.
