ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) - Allegan County authorities are apparently preparing to file charges against an unnamed 39-year-old Dorr man who remains hospitalized after his snowmobile crashed in a wooded area west of Hopkins on Sunday afternoon. The machine had left a marked trail off of 28th Street, flew over a hill and crashed, throwing the driver off. Investigators believe that the man may have been operating under the influence at the time.
