LANSING (WKZO) -- Grand Rapids residents who received unemployment benefits last year can download their 1099-G statements starting February 1st.  The statements will be available to those workers who have online claim web accounts with the Unemployment Insurance Agency.  The statements will also be mailed out to everyone who collected unemployment during 2011 at the end of this month.
