GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - It may be a busy day on the bench for Ottawa County Circuit Court Judge Ed Post. This morning, he is scheduled to hear motions in legal action against developer Scott Bosgraaf, who is reportedly in default over some of his properties in the Holland area. This afternoon, Judge Post should hand down a sentence for Tedd Butler, a minister who has admitted molesting a boy at his Tallmadge Township home six years ago.
