ZEELAND TWP., MI (WHTC) - Authorities say that a 24-year-old Zeeland woman may have been going too fast for wet, slippery road conditions when she lost control of her SUV on eastbound I-196 between her hometown and Hudsonville yesterday morning. Devan Hoover’s vehicle rolled over several times before landing on its side in the median near the bridge over 64th Avenue, and rescue crews had to extricate her before she was transported to Spectrum-Zeeland Community Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
