LANSING, MI (WKZO) -- The Michigan State Spartans football team is expected to return to the football buildings in East Lansing this afternoon.  The Spartans defeated Georgia 33-30 in the Outback Bowl Sunday in triple-overtime.  The victory is their first victory in a bowl game since the 2001 Silicon Valley Bowl against Fresno State.  

The Spartans are expected to be welcomed by a crowd of Spartans fans.
