LIVINGSTON COUNTY (WKZO) -- The man they call the “I-96 Shooter”, charged with taking 2-dozen potshots at people this fall has now been charged with also being a terrorist.
The new charge could mean life in prison if he is convicted. Raulie Casteel of Wixom appeared thru a video link with the judge for arraignment on that, an attempted murder charge and a number of gun felonies. He entered a not guilty plea.
Attorney General Bill Schuette is bringing these charges in three counties. Oakland County is trying him separately on 60-other counts.
They claim he shot at 24 people but only hit one of them, a man from Delton in Barry County, who is recovering.
