UNDATED (WHTC) - In high school basketball doubleheader play along the Lakeshore last night: Holland Christian split a pair at Grand Rapids Christian, with the Eagles’ boys winning, 71-57, and the Maroons’ girls triumphing in overtime, 61-54; Zeeland East swept a pair from visiting Zeeland West by scores of 50-39 for the boys and 37-31 for the girls; Hamilton split a pair at Wayland, with the Wildcats’ boys winning, 55-48, and the Hawkeyes’ girls victorious, 39-38; and Saugatuck swept a pair at Fennville by scores of 66-61 for the boys in overtime and 38-20 for the girls. In a single girls’ contest, West Ottawa beat visiting Holland, 40-32.
