LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is down for the third straight month. The state Department of Technology, Management and Budget says the jobless rate fell by two-tenths of a percent in November and now stands at 8.9-percent. The rate is seven-tenths of a point less than a year ago, but still remains over one-percent higher than the national average of 7.7-percent.
