PAW PAW, MI (WHTC) - A routine traffic stop for not buckling up on I-94 near Paw Paw yesterday afternoon may have led to a multi thousand-dollar marijuana bust. Two unnamed Detroit men, one 39 and the other 25, were jailed when a Van Buren County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed the distinct smell of pot wafting out of their vehicle. A police canine sniffed out the weed, and over three thousand dollars was seized. The suspects may face various charges.
