OTSEGO, MI (WHTC) - The Otsego District Library holds a farewell public reception for Ryan Wieber from 4 to 6 PM today. The library’s director for the past 13 years is leaving at the end of the month to become the new chief of the Van Buren District Library. During Wieber’s tenure, the Otsego library moved to its current home on Dix Street; patron visits increased nearly three-fold; and material circulation was up 150 percent.
