LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan is on track to make illegal a chemical used in recreational designer drugs. Phenethylamine is on the radar of the Michigan Department of Community Health, which issued an "imminent danger" notice after 19 people across the state have been hospitalized by its use. Officials say the drug is known on the street as vortex, pandora, 25-I and N-BOM.
