SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - Van Buren County Sheriff's investigators claim that a 63-year-old South Haven man was using GPS tracking software on his computer as part of allegedly stalking a woman that he had briefly dated about a year ago. Clarence Piercey was hiding in the laundry room of his house when he was arrested on Sunday evening. A search warrant found a tracking device under the victim’s vehicle that apparently had been there for over a month. Piercey posted 25 hundred dollars bond following yesterday’s arraignment, and he could face up to a year in jail if convicted.
