BERRIEN COUNTY (WKZO) --  The St. Joseph Police Department in Berrien County has issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old girl and her non-custodial parent, and for reasons police are not disclosing, they consider the girl to be in extreme danger. Missing is 2-year-old Chloe West and her mother, 40-year-old Lisa West who has had her parental rights terminated by the courts.

The little girl is described as a young black female wearing a pink short sleeved dress with white flowers and matching ruffled shorts.

Lisa west was wearing black shorts and a white T-shirt at the time.Anyone who knows of their location is asked to immediately dial 9-1-1 or the St. Joseph police department at 269-983-2571.
