HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Visitors to Holland for next spring's Tulip Time Festival are not expected to be able to see the venerable DeZwaan windmill in operation. City Council members were told last night that the 250-year-old structure needs nearly 900 thousand dollars in repairs and renovations, with not that much money in municpal coffers for such a project. Council will vote in two weeks to set up a fundraising committee, with the hope of having this work done next fall.
