WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) - During this morning’s meeting of the Ottawa County Board’s Finance and Administration Committee, members will start the discussion process for the county government’s 2013 budget. Unlike other governmental entities that have fiscal years starting in either July or October, Ottawa County’s spending is based on the calendar year. The budget-making process is expected to last through November.
