HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - During yesterday’s meetings: The West Michigan Airport Authority approved an 11 thousand-dollar allocation for an informational postcard campaign to residents in Holland, Holland Township and Park Township. This is part of a 40 thousand-dollar effort to get a five-year, one-tenth of a mill renewal proposal passed on November 6th. Meanwhile, the board of the Holland BPW approved spending 78 thousand dollars on a design for redoing the utility’s Hastings Avenue offices. The plan is to renovate the lobby for more customer service space and amenities, along with reconfiguring the board room to a larger area, all within the building’s current structure, at a cost of around 1.25 million dollars.
