HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - Members of the Holland City Council will meet with the board of directors of the Holland Board of Public Works in a special joint work-study session at the Haworth Inn in downtown Holland this evening. They will be going over the utility’s “Power for the 21^st Century” sustainable return on investment results presentation, looking at options for the Tulip City’s future electricity needs. The city and the BPW are defendants in a federal lawsuit by the Sierra Club over alleged Clean Air Act violations in expanding the DeYoung Power Plant.
