HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - In balloting conducted by its coaches, the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association announced on Thursday results of its pre-season football rankings. Adrian was the choice of the gridion mentors to win the nation's oldest collegiate conference, with defending champion Albion tabbed for second, followed by Trine and Hope. The league slate begins on Thursday, August 30th, when Trine entertains fellow Indiana school Manchester, with the other six football-playing schools in action two days later, including Hope's first game on the new artificial surface of Holland Municipal Stadium versus North Park.
