HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland City Council tonight is expected to consider code changes that would raise the standards for home improvement projects in the Tulip City. The proposal would require any work to be done in a “workmanlike” manner through standards in the International Property Maintenance Code; establish licensing for recyclable material haulers; mandate window and drainage maintenance and repairs; and strengthening enforcement of fences or accessory structures deemed a nuisance.
