UNDATED (WHTC) - An effort to crack down on the abuse of prescription drugs, along with proper disposal of those scripts, will be held at hospitals and police stations nationwide today. Last fall, over 188 tons of such drugs were collected. Along the Lakeshore, the Holland Public Safety headquarters, the Allegan County Sheriff’s office, and the Michigan State Police post in Wayland will be accepting old pills and liquids from 10 AM to 2 PM.
