HOLLAND (WHTC) - One of the nation’s largest hunger relief walks takes place this weekend. It’s the 32nd annual Holland-Zeeland CROP Walk, and it will be held over two days. One group will gather Saturday morning at Holland Christian High School, beginning at 8:30 a.m., while the family walk will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Beechwood Reformed Church. The local CROP Walk has raised more than $100,000 for hunger relief for each of the last 30 years. One-fourth of the money goes to local food pantries, the rest goes to Church World Service’s hunger relief efforts around the world.
