ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) - Two stray dogs that may have attacked three pets in Allendale on Sunday night have been captured. The pit bull and a black lab-pit bull mix were roaming the area of Lincoln Street and 60th Avenue when they attacked two dogs and a cat, killing two of the animals and seriously wounding the third. The canines may have been loose for a couple of weeks, but it didn’t take long for authorities to round them up, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Dean DeVries, as they were captured yesterday, thanks to tips. The dogs are currently quarantined at the Harbor Humane Society offices in West Olive, as the incident remains under investigation
