SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WHTC) - A Saturday memorial service at South Haven High School is planned for Robert Black, the 61-year-old former South Haven School Superintendent who died yesterday afternoon from a malignant brain tumor. He was stricken about five weeks ago, which led to his sudden resignation from a post that he was planning to retire from on June 30th after seven years. Bob Herrara is his designated permanent replacement as chief.
