HOLLAND, MI (WHTC News) - The board of the Holland Board of Public Works holds a special meeting this afternoon at the utility’s Hastings Avenue offices. The main focus of the session is a public hearing on the BPW’s Biennial Energy Optimization Plan, as well as its new P-21 Communication Plan, and a review of the utility’s Strategic Plan. The discussion comes as consultant Peter Garforth has presented a number of proposals for Holland’s Sustainability Committee to consider about meeting the Tulip City’s future energy needs.
