GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- A report regarding the condition of America's bridges is out, and it places Michigan as the 13th worse state for deficiencies.  The state has more than ten-thousand highway structures, out of which over 13-percent are considered structurally deficient.  That works out to about one out of every eight bridges that have deteriorated to some degree.
