LANSING (WKZO) -- A study expected to be released today indicates Michigan needs 2.7-billion dollars next year just to make 80-thousand miles of paved roads drivable.  However, only about half that amount is expected to be available in the state budget next year for roads.

The report makes no recommendations for funding solutions.  According to his staff, Governor Rick Snyder is expected to address infrastructure improvements in October.
