KALAMAZOO, MI (WHTC News) - Although Craig Frost waived a preliminary hearing in Kalamazoo District Court yesterday on charges of beating up a 19-year-old woman while burglarizing her grandparents’ home in Schoolcraft Township on October 5^th, the homeless 30-year-old Allegan County man attempted to have his court-appointed attorney replaced, claiming the woman had gender bias against him. The judge refused that request. Frost remains jailed on 300 thousand dollars bond, and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
