SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC News) - The League of Women Voters of the Holland Area is holding a two-hour public forum in Saugatuck High School’s library at 6:30 this evening. The subject is the proposed agreement between Singapore Dunes LLC and Saugatuck Township that would settle federal lawsuits over tax and zoning disputes on land at the mouth of the Kalamazoo River. While there will be experts on both the legal and planning aspects of the matter to discuss the issue, no representatives of either the holding company or the township are slated to attend.
