LANSING (WKZO) -- Anti-bullying legislation is heading to Governor Snyder's desk for his signature. The bill establishes a uniform, statewide anti-bullying policy for adoption by all Michigan public schools. Controversial language that would have allowed for protection for those whose bullying was the result of a sincerely held religious belief or moral conviction was removed.
