(Washington, DC) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service says a southeastern Michigan company is recalling a small amount of ground beef due to E. coli concerns. Irish Hills Meat Company is recalling 900 pounds of meat with May 23rd and May 26th production dates stamped on the box. There have been no reported illnesses from the meat yet. It was shipped to several restaurants in the state.
