(Royal Oak, MI)  --  Dr. Jack Kevorkian remains hospitalized with kidney and respiratory problems. According to Kevorkian's attorney, the 83-year-old is not doing well. Doctor Death, as he's known, was hospitalized ten days ago and is trying to regain his strength and energy. Kevorkian was sent to prison in 1999 for the death of Thomas Youk and has reportedly assisted in 130 suicides.
