No one was injured in the crash, which took place on Sunday afternoon (24Jul11), but Ortiz admits he shed a few tears over the damage caused to the front bumper and grill on his expensive vehicle.

It is unclear who was responsible for the accident, but the boyfriend of former porn star Jenna Jameson claims his insurance company won't pay for repairs to the Phantom.

In a post on Twitter.com, he writes, ""It will come out of my pocket. Sucks... I cried a little because it's my favorite car but it will be new in no time.""
