SPRINGFIELD, IL (WIBQ)  --  Like other states, Illinois could be the next to drug test welfare recipients. A Missouri law says any welfare recipient suspected of illegal drug use can be ordered to take a drug test, and that’s the one by which Illinois might pattern its law. Those who refuse the test can lose their Temporary Assistance to Needy Families.
