HOLLAND, MI (WHTC News) - Holland BPW officials say that they are disappointed but not surprised that the state will continue to pursue an appeal of an Ottawa County Circuit Court decision that overturned a DNRE denial of an air quality permit for expansion of the DeYoung Power Plant. Environmentalists are urging the Snyder Administration to follow up on their predecessor’s efforts to block a planned 78-megawatt boiler at the coal-fired facility.
