JACKSON, MI (WHTC News) - Another 24 to 36 more hours without power await around 240 Consumers Energy customers in Allegan County in the wake of this past Sunday’s winter storm. They are among more than 183 thousand customers of the Jackson-based utility statewide affected by the snow and ice that downed power lines. Consumers Energy officials say that a majority of those still in the dark should have power restored by late tomorrow evening.
