DETROIT (WKZO) -- General Motors is reporting a single digit increase in vehicle sales compared to November of 2010.  GM reports a seven-percent increase in sales that was powered by the sales of small vehicles like the Chevrolet Sonic and Chevrolet Cruze.

Fleet sales dropped by 14-percent for the automaker which reported just a one-percent increase in passenger car sales.  However, the automaker says there was a solid increase in truck sales.
