HOLLAND, MI (WHTC News) - Teams are slated to begin registering today at the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club for the Canada’s Cup sailing competition, with defender trials slated to begin tomorrow through Monday in the waters of Lake Michigan, and the showdown for the cup held over Labor Day weekend. A meet and greet session with the competitors that’s open to the public is late this afternoon at the club. The Heritage, piloted by Bob Hughes and Doug DeVos, will look to successfully defend the trophy that it had won four years ago.
