UNDATED (WKZO) - More details have been released about that Amber Alert that turned into a murder suicide on Wednesday. Investigators say that 38-year-old Raymond Bush shot 15-year-old Taylor Manley twice. State Police Lt. Mary Knapp says she was scheduled to testify against him at a criminal sexual assault hearing that day.

He had apparently had a consensual, if illegal sexual relationship with her for a year, sending her text messages and voice mails, even after he was charged. He even had her name tattooed on his neck. They planned to charge him with stalking and lock him up on Wednesday. Instead they say he kidnapped her, and killed her and then killed himself in a van parked in a cemetery in South East Michigan.
