(Holland, MI - WHTC News) - Holland Police have honored Tim Payne as its Reserve Officer of the Year from among 45 currently serving as support for full-time officers and staff. Department officials say that Payne was cited for his dedication, resourcefulness, ambition and confidence in his duties. Payne, a Traffic Manager for the Worden Company, where he has been working full-time for 21 years, has been a Holland police reservist since 2005.
