WAYNE COUNTY (WKZO) -- It’s another horrifying tale of cyber bullying, in a case that is just indescribably wrong. A mother’s anguish was heard outside a Wayne County. court room after rape charges were dismissed against a high school senior, because her daughter, the victim, 14 year old Samantha Kelly was bullied into suicide.

It was her word against his, and with her death, prosecutors had nothing to take to court. Huron High School officials say they did everything they could to protect the girl, but she was pelted by animal feces and hounded relentlessly to drop the charges against an 18-year-old neighbor. Then she hung herself.
