(Allegan, MI - WHTC News) - The second defendant in the shooting of a Valley Township man in his home last August pleaded guilty to second-degree murder charges on Tuesday. Omar Martinez-Garcia had twice before balked at following through on an agreement with prosecutors for testifying against Fortino Gonzalez, who was convicted in the death of Leon Villa. Martinez-Garcia could face life in prison with parole when he is sentenced on July 16^th.
