(Lansing, MI)  --  If you need a sign the Michigan economy could be headed toward a recovery, Governor Granholm says she has one.  The governor said "Site Selection" magazine is ranking Michigan third in the country for major new corporate facilities and expansions for 2009.  Among the nation's major cities, the Detroit-Warren-Livonia area ranks fourth, while for metro areas with populations between 200-thousand and one-million Grand Rapids is third while Holland-Grand Haven is fifth and Ann Arbor and East Lansing tied for sixth.
