(Holland, MI - WHTC News) - The road out of Holland towards Hamilton was closed for a couple of hours on Friday afternoon after concentrated liquid fertilizer intended for a destination northwest of Detroit fell off of a truck. The unnamed man driving the vehicle was decontaminated by rescue crews and eventually was cited for driving an unsecured load, while hazmat workers cleaned up the non-hazardous spill off of M-40 at East 48^th Street.
