The Lions have parted ways with injury plagued former starting safety Daniel Bullocks. The second round pick out of Nebraska in 2006 started 22 of 31 games during his 3 years with Detroit. The 27-year old Bullocks had recurring knee problems with a torn ACL along with microfracture surgery. He was released last August, but brought back in April for one more look see by the Lions.
