(Kentwood, MI)  --  A 13-year-old Kentwood boy accused of fatally shooting his mother's boyfriend on Monday has been charged with open murder.  Keishawn Mann allegedly used a handgun belonging to victim 35-year-old Jermelle Stokes, to gun down the man as he sat at a kitchen table.  Stokes' three young kids were in the house at the time of the shooting, but authorities say they didn't witness anything.  Because Mann is younger than 14, he will not be tried as an adult.  He is expected to be arraigned Monday.
