SAUK COUNTY, Wis. (Midwest Communications) - A man shot to death near Lake Delton last week left 7 children behind – but almost his entire estate was left to the son who’s charged with his murder.

Sauk County probate records show that 55-year-old Angelo Crisafulli left $1,400 for his minor daughter and a motorcycle for his brother. But everything else went to 13-year-old Michael Crisafulli, who was charged as an adult with shooting his father in the back of the head at their home last Tuesday night. If he’s convicted, state law will not allow the youngster to receive the inheritance.

Probate records do not list an exact value of the estate, but it’s valued at over $50,000.
