(Lansing, MI)  --  A state legislative task force says a potential high-speed rail between Detroit and Lansing needs more study.  The panel has looked into the possibility since last summer.  State Representative Bill Rogers said the state needs more details about how it would be paid for.  The Brighton Republican said "creative solutions to create jobs" are needed and said the high-speed rail, quote, "could prove to be a watershed moment."  It's estimated the railway would cost ten-million dollars per mile.
