LANSING (WKZO) - It looks like it is Rick Snyder’s race to win or lose. The latest Epic MRA poll shows him with a commanding 51% to 29% lead over Democrat Virg Bernero. But it also shows that 20% haven’t made up their minds and there is a lot of campaigning yet to go. Neither side has run TV ads since the primary and there are three debates scheduled. There are reports that Bernero will announce his running mate today.
The Sandbox Party held their first ever convention in Lansing yesterday, and while the Parents, their kids and education advocates say they are non-partisan, yesterday’s event was all about politics.

While advocates say pre-school is key to our recovery, budget crunchers say they can barely afford to keep constitutionally mandated services afloat.
